Welcome to Techno Care Services. By accessing our website or booking our doorstep washing machine repair services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully.

1. Services & Bookings

We provide doorstep inspection, diagnostics, and repairs for residential washing machines. Bookings can be scheduled via our online inquiry form or our phone helpline (+91 9177188644). While we make every effort to arrive within the scheduled time slot, arrivals may be affected by traffic, weather, or unexpected delays.

2. Inspection & Service Charges

A nominal doorstep inspection charge is applicable for diagnostic services. If you choose to proceed with our recommended repair, this inspection charge is integrated into the final service invoice. If you decide not to proceed with the repair after diagnostics, the inspection fee remains payable for the technician's time and travel.

3. Estimates & Customer Approval

Our technicians will provide an upfront cost estimate (including labor and spare parts) after diagnosing the appliance. We will only begin the repair work after receiving your explicit verbal or written approval of the estimate. We are not responsible for price differences due to underlying faults discovered during assembly.

4. Warranty Terms

Every repair completed by Techno Care Services is subject to the following limited warranty terms:

• Spare Parts: Up to 90 days warranty from the date of invoice (applicable only to parts replaced and listed in the receipt).
• Service Labor: 30 days warranty on the specific repair work performed.
• Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damages caused by electrical surges, customer misuse, water quality/scaling, external physical impact, or interventions by unauthorized third-party technicians.

5. Payments

Payments are due immediately upon completion of the repair and testing cycle. We accept payments via Cash, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), and major Credit/Debit cards. A digital or physical invoice details parts replaced and total costs will be provided upon receipt of payment.

6. Liability Limits

Techno Care Services is committed to exercising extreme caution during diagnostic dismantling and repairs. However, we are not liable for pre-existing internal structural damage, circuit board cracks that degrade upon handling, or consequential damages resulting from water leakage prior to our visit.
